Dads Run Club

Welcome to a new running community for local dads in the St. Margaret’s, Richmond and Twickenham area.

The aim behind the Dads’ Run Club is to bring local fathers together through running, conversation, and support.

We meet every Sunday at 9:00 am, and the weekly runs offer dads of all abilities the chance to exercise, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. The informal sessions are free of charge and are open to all dads. Dads who wish to run with running buggies are also welcome.

After each run, dads are invited to stay for a coffee and chat, creating a space where you can share experiences, support each other, and foster local connections. The initiative aims to promote positive mental health, well-being, and social engagement among fathers in the community.

Come along to our next run this Sunday, 19th October at 9 am.
