Bodega Barbadillo ‘ÁS de Mirabras’
Origin: Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain

Andi Knauss Trocken Strümpfellbach Trollinger

Herb marinated chicken with chargrilled baby leeks and herby creme frâiche
Pork belly & collar, fire roasted peppers, fennel & peaches
Bavette of beef and smoked cheese roulade with tomato salad and anchovy dressing
Accompanied by roasted jersey royals and
Turkish flatbread

The last one was an absolute blast!! We had some great wines and some absolutely fantastic food and this will be no different!!
