The Mall Concert in support of The Mulberry Centre

29 January @ 6:30 pm - 11:59 pm

£5 – £18

The Mulberry Centre, a registered charity, based in Isleworth, will be celebrating their 21st birthday this coming year.

The Mulberry Centre provides support and information for anyone affected by cancer including those diagnosed with cancer, carers, and those bereaved by cancer. We provide free services offering practical ways of enhancing the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of our visitors. The Centre is supported by over 140 volunteers in a variety of roles, which include delivering services to clients, looking after the building and garden, providing administrative support, fundraising, and raising awareness of our work in the community.

In 2022, The Mulberry Centre will come of age with events and celebrations to mark its 21st birthday. Since we were established, we have supported over 15,000 people and this year our volunteers were honoured with The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.

To celebrate our 21st birthday, we are hosting The Mall Concert in support of The Mulberry Centre. We are delighted to have talented performance by local pianist, Rachele Howes, and cellist, Niki Moosavi, as well as Richmond Youth Jazz Band (directed by Roger Perrin), Richmond Youth Brass Band (directed by Simon Bull), and Richmond Brass Band (director Kate Moore). There will be hot and cold soft drinks and biscuits available on the night.

All attendees are asked to wear masks and take a lateral flow test before attending, and not to attend if they are displaying any Covid symptoms. We plan not to fill the whole venue capacity and are capping tickets at 50% of normal capacity to provide space for social distancing. We will be reviewing Covid guidance updates. If we must cancel the concert, ticket holders will be able to request a refund of your ticket/s, or they can donate the ticket price to help continue The Mulberry Centre’s support services for people affected by cancer.

Saturday 29th January at 6:30pm.

Tickets purchased in advance cost £8 for adults or £5 for under 18’s. Tickets on the door will be £10 each.
